Can I paste a table instead of uploading a file?

Yes: copy the cells from Excel, Google Sheets or a web page and paste them in 'Or paste a table'.

  1. Select the cells, including the heading row, in Excel, Google Sheets or a web page, and copy them.
  2. On New forecast, open Or paste a table and paste.
  3. Press Use pasted data.
