When is my data deleted?
Uploads after 24 hours; forecast results after 72 hours by default, or 30 or 90 days if you choose.
Your sales data is used only for your own forecasts: each forecast is calculated from your sales alone. It's never sold, never used for marketing, and never used to train anything for anyone else.
Data is hosted in the EU. Uploaded files are deleted after 24 hours. Forecast results are deleted after the period you choose in Settings → Data & privacy.
If our staff ever view your organization's data, it's logged and you can see it in Settings → Data & privacy.
On our public website we count visits ourselves, without cookies and without storing IP addresses: only the page, the site you came from (such as Google) and the kind of device. Nothing goes to an outside analytics company, and inside the app nothing is counted. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, you aren't counted at all.
