One-off sales spikes (bulk orders)
Sales far above normal for that day are flagged. Keep them, or soften them for the forecast.
Each day is compared with what's normal for that weekday (and hour), using a robust method that isn't fooled by the spike itself.
Spikes are kept by default. Tick Soften one-off spikes if they were one-off orders or mistakes: they're capped for the forecast only, your file isn't changed.
