Duplicate rows and receipt numbers
Rows for the same product and day are added up. Exact copies are flagged and can be removed.
Several rows for the same product and day are added together, which is right for till exports.
If your file has a receipt or order number, choose it: a line repeated on the same receipt then counts once.
Rows that are exact copies of another row are flagged. Tick Remove exact copies only if you know the file was exported or pasted twice: two identical sales in the same minute look the same.
